I have written numerous times on thanks giving, simply because I am so prone to whinging and complaining and focusing on the “downside” instead of the Lord’s provision. Recent I have even asked for my husband to help me give thanks, by saying a thanksgiving prayer together every night before going to bed – it really helps. To triple the effect I am going to start jotting down things and people and thoughts and events which showed me how God listens and cares, and to thank Him. This is the list of blessings I have received and I do not wish to forget:
